The Fray fitness belt squat is constructed entirely with industrial-grade strength 11 gauge steel. It uses 3" x 3" steel making it a very solid commercial piece weighing in at an impressive 360 pounds. The belt squat offers the unique ability to get the benefits of the squat exercise without the unnecessary stress placed on the lower back and shoulders. Our goal was to bring a commercial unit to the market with a price a home gym user could afford.
