This power rack is 3" x 3" and composed of 13 and 11 gauge steel. It has band pegs at top and bottom as well as 3 weight storage holders on each side. A pull-up station is positioned at the top. Solid j-cups and spotter arms are included. This rack is rated at 1,000 pounds weight capacity. Also compatible with our lever arms and mono-lift attachment.

I finally ordered this and replaced the "big box store rack". One regret; and that is I should have ordered it along time ago. The FHR4 Half Rack is solid. Super buy. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you won't regret this purchase.

The rack itself is very sturdy and feels absolutely solid. Took me a few hours to put it together by myself and I do wish it would have came with some instructions. I was able to look at the parts list/single page diagram and started from the bottom. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is in need for a bench/squat rack for their home gym.
One last thing, the box said “made in china”.. would be even better if this was American made ????

This rack is awesome. I'd put this up against any rack out there. Very sturdy, easy to assemble, packaged well and so far Fray customer service has been great.
