This Machine will be a staple in all future gyms. The ability to easily, stabley (<- is this a word?), and safely perform split squats, single leg deadlifts, and more to be invented I’m sure (I personally love doing bent over Scap retractions) with a simple means to progressively overload make it an invaluable tool for athletic performance and hypertrophy/strength gains. Highly recommend.
The handles were damaged (mainly cosmetic) during shipping, which as a gym owner, I didn’t love, but the machine itself is freaking awesome.
