Fray Fitness warrants all of its products against defects in material and workmanship for one year from invoice date, unless noted on the website's specific product page. We will repair, replace parts, or when appropriate issue a partial refund or exchange an item. The course of action will be up to our best judgement. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Warranty is non transferrable.
The sole obligation of Fray Fitness under this warranty is limited to the cost of replacement part(s) needed to restore product to a fully functional state.
Fray Fitness has no obligation to cover any labor costs, fees, or taxes associated with removal, transportation, or re-installation of a covered part.
Fray Fitness warranty will be void if product has been damaged due to abuse or negligence. The following is a non-exhaustive list of negligence not covered under Fray Fitness warranty:
- Improper Assembly
- Exceeding product's capacity rating
- Modifications or alterations made without written authorization from Fray Fitness
- Insufficient or improper maintenance
- Improper storage
- Storing or using the product in outdoor conditions
- Using a product outside of its intended use
FRAY FITNESS COMMERCIAL LINE WARRANTY
The following is specific to products on the commercial line, with warranty time frames as follows:
1) Lifetime frame
2) Upholstery: 3 months
3) Hardware/Mechanical: 3 months
4) Cosmetic: 3 months
5) Cables: 6 months
6) Grips: 1 year
7) Bearings: 1 year
8) Pulleys: 5 years
9) Plates: 5 years
10) Rods: 5 years
FRAY FITNESS ISO-LATERAL EQUIPMENT WARRANTY:
This will be the same as above with the exception of the following:
1) Bearings: 5 years
2) Grips: 3 months

We attempt to resolve all warranty claims as fairly as possible. However, we address each situation on a case by case basis. To begin a warranty claim, please email customer support and include the original order number/proof of purchase. In addition, please provide pictures and/or video depicting the issue with the item. From there, we will determine the next step. After contacting Fray Fitness customer support you will receive an RMA number with further instructions to complete your claim. No returns will be accepted without a Fray Fitness RMA number.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY FRAY FITNESS IS SPECIFICALLY LIMITED AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS MADE AND NONE SHALL BE IMPUTED OR PRESUMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAY FITNESS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR: LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY, FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY (INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE), NEGLIGENCE, AND ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, EVEN IF FRAY FITNESS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF FRAY FITNESS AND CLIENT’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL OF THE FOREGOING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL VALUE OF THIS PURCHASE. THESE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
