Liquidation Sale Policy

All items purchased through the Fray Fitness Liquidation Sale are sold at clearance pricing and are offered strictly AS-IS.

Please review carefully before purchasing, by completing your order you agree to the following terms:

 

• Final Sale – No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
• No Refunds – Payments made on liquidation items are non-refundable.
• No Warranty Coverage – Liquidation items are not covered by any warranty, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.
• Condition Disclosure – Items include discontinued products, overstock, scratch-and-dent, or products with cosmetic blemishes. While all items are functional at the time of sale, Fray Fitness makes no guarantees about cosmetic condition, long-term durability, or performance.
• Customer Responsibility – Purchases are accepted in their present condition. By buying, you assume full responsibility for the product after delivery.

 

Fray Fitness will not process claims for returns, refunds, or warranty service on liquidation sale products under any circumstances.
