I like the product. Easy assembly. Perfect for a home gym.

We received our equipment and the box was damaged and had plastic wrapped around it. When we opened it all the parts to
the machine were just scattered in the box, nothing to separate the pieces or cushion them. There was also no hardware to put it together or instructions. I’ve reached out to Fray Fitness customer service so we’ll see. Not happy at all with this
This company is the worst - no help from customer service. We ended up having to dispute the charge.
